2. Service Inquiries & Estimates
Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a binding cleaning contract or guarantee calendar availability. Quotes provided are estimates calculated based on the property information provided (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, laundry arrangement). Final service schedules and terms are confirmed prior to booking.
3. Service Scope & Property Access
Turnover cleaning is designed to reset vacation rentals between guest reservations. Property owners, hosts, or property managers are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the premises (via lockbox, smart keypad, or concierge) and maintaining functioning utilities (electricity, water, working washer/dryer if on-site laundry is requested).
4. Introductory Offers & Promotions
Promotions (such as introductory first-turnover credits) apply only to new clients for qualifying short-term rentals within our active Tempe, Arizona service area. Promotions cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.
5. Independent Service Disclaimer
